Each member board belongs to an ASBA Zone which play a vital role in the Association’s governance framework. Zones provide a regional structure that supports collaboration, encourages information sharing and ensures the voices of all member boards are represented at the provincial level.
Trustees contributed to the Association’s direction and decision-making through participation in Zone meetings and engagement sessions, service on ASBA committees and representation on external boards and committees. Throughout the year, trustees provided input on ASBA’s proposed 2025–2026 Budget, revisions to position statements and considerations related to long-term sustainability.
This engagement informed Board deliberations and reflected a shared commitment to ensuring a strong and sustainable future for the Association.
